My job is to help every DEM in NC 11 enhance their role in electing DEMs.
The NC 11 2nd vice chair focuses on training; so do the county 2nd vice chairs, the NC Training Committee, and the National Democratic Training Committee. There are enough training resources for every DEM in the district to learn what they want to help elect DEMs. The mandate is for all of us to polish the skills we have and develop the skills we want.
