Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the Doubletree Biltmore Village in Asheville!

The program includes a catered dinner and reception, and program. Honorees form our District 11 counties will receive the 2025 Annual Ramsey Award, and one hard working Democrat in District 11 will receive the 2025 Democrat of the Year award.
Each Gala attendee must complete a separate registration

Each attendee must register separately and can then identify the sponsor on their registration and submit without payment.

Gala Attendance Tips
Please park IN THE REAR of the hotel and enter through the rear door to get to registration.
Please try to arrive as close to 5:30 as possible so registration can be fully set up to get your meal ticket, drink ticket and name tag.
Please bring some TIP $$ for the bartenders and for Open Bar if you want additional drinks.
If you are willing to volunteer for some important check-in duties please arrive by 4:30 to get your assignments. We could use at least 6-8 volunteers. If you are interested, please email our 1st Vice Chair, Beth Hampton Jones, at 1vc@nc11democrats.org so we know to look out for you. Thank you!

The banquet hall doors will open at 6:40. When you find your seat in the banquet hall please lean in your chair and put your meal ticket out where your server can see it so they know what entrees to bring to your table.
Dress is business casual. All bling accepted. ​​
